Basic information about the equipment of the priced MICCO House

Structure of the house: solid steel frame protected by marine paint, steel and wood construction of floors, walls and roof.

Insulation: spray PUR closed-cell foam.

Facade: VOX Kerrafront, or wood, or panel sheet, roof covered with tile, or "seam" sheet, guttering

Interior: finished walls and floors in vinyl panels, skirting boards, PVC triple-glazed windows and doors, aesthetically pleasing interior doors, trim and flashing.

Installations: water, sewage and electricity, electric radiators, 80 l boiler, recuperator, distribution box with fuses, sockets, switches, led lamps, twilight outdoor lighting, outdoor lighting at the door, , outdoor sockets, internet and rtv installation, antifreeze system on water supply, main water valve, outdoor tap.

Bathroom: fully finished, ready to use bathroom with shower (90), toilet with concealed cistern, towel radiator, with sink with cabinet and outlets for connecting a washing machine.

Documentation: after ordering the Micco House, the customer receives full design documentation to obtain a building permit or "notification" of the building.
