– Our houses were designed in cooperation with scientists from Cracow University of Technology – they have design documentation
– Technical solutions used in MICCO Homes are protected by Patent No. 239729
– As the only ones on the market, we use PUR closed-cell spray foam insulation
– Our Houses have the best insulation on the market – U=(0,18 W/mK)
– In our houses, there are no thermal bridges- water vapor does not condense on the walls in winter
– MICCO houses are airtight, and air exchange inside is carried out by a recuperation system
